Returns Policy
We happily accept returns under the following terms:
To keep our 'returns period' courteous for customers in all parts of the globe, we stipulate that you can return any item purchased from our store within 14 days from the date the order was delivered. The item(s) must still be in 'fully factory sealed/completely unused' condition, as once the product has been unsealed and/or tampered with to any degree it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Upon your decision to make a return you must first email us at returns@icariinhealth.com stating your name, order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the appropriate instructions and return reference number. **Packages returned without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted.**
Please be advised that you are entirely responsible for both the shipping cost of the return and the package being returned safely back to us, therefore we advise for your peace of mind that you send the parcel using a tracked and insured postal service.
Once we have received your returned item(s) and we are satisfied that the item(s) are still 'fully factory sealed’ and 'completely unused', we will then issue a refund (back to the original form of payment) to the value of the returned item(s) less the original shipping charges and less any applicable reversal of quantity discounts received i.e. when only part of a 'multiple-item discounted purchase' is returned. You will be notified of your refund via a confirmation email.
Please Note: Once a newly placed order has been submitted to our fulfilment centre (which can take anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours from the time in which the order was placed), we cannot then cancel the shipment/dispatch of the order from our fulfilment centre (irrespective of whether or not the parcel has actually been handed over to the postal service yet), at which stage the above 'Returns Policy' applies.
